Lessons

Driving Lessons are only available if:

• You're aged 17 or over, or aged 16 or over and receive the higher rate of Disability Living Allowance (mobility component); and
• hold a valid UK provisional driving licence; and
• are legally entitled to drive in the UK.

 

Offers & Price Changes

Prompt Driving Schoolthe  is entitled to change driving lesson offers and lessons prices at any time. Driving lesson prices may be subject to change depending on location and times.

Any pre-payments are honoured at the time in which they are  purchased, but the first driving lesson must be taken within 6 months from the initial date of purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

Students are required to give a minimum of 48 hours notice to your instructor should you wish to cancel your driving lesson. If less than 48 hours then your instructor is entitled to charge you the normal driving lesson rate or the prorated amount if it’s a block booking.

It is the students responsibility to present a valid UK provisional driving license prior to the start of his/her first driving lesson. Failure to do present a valid UK provisional drivng licence entitles the instructor to cancel any lessons you have booked within 48 hours and you may be charged.

Prompt Driving School will not be responsible for driving lesson/test cancellation due to the mechanical breakdown or other emergencies such as illness/bereavement. Prompt Driving School will try to find a replacement vehicle/instructor as soon as possible however this is not guaranteed.
